UV Content Protection for PET
- Setas offers content protection additives for food packaging based PET, PP and PETG carrier.
- For 40 micron PETG shrink films, PES 1022 is recommended up to the level of 5 %
- For thick APET sheets, PES 1036 and PES 1011 products are recommended at the level of 3 %
For thick APET sheets, PES 1164 is recommend to dose 2 %
The following graph shows the UV transmission curves of % 0,66 and % 2 dosages of PES 1164 to 500 micron PET cast films
