Halogenated Flame Retardant Masterbatch for PP Fibers
- Masterset PP 2007 FR masterbatch is bromine based flame retardant masterbatch. The product is suitable for polyolefin and styrenic resins.
- The dosing level depends on process conditions and test standards. But % 2-3 dosing levels a expected to achive FMVSS 302 test and %6-8 levels for M1 test.
Please note that flammability is the direct function of fabric construction. Dense fabrics have more tendency to burn compared to light fabrics. Besides, the finishing of fabrics has also influences on flammability and therefore the dosing rates depending on the fabric construction should be defined by trials.
